Our product comes with a minimum 10 year parts and labour warranty, excluding all wooden products and safety gear which comes with a standard 12 month parts and labour warranty. Ringlock is happy to repair or replace faulty goods within their warranty period. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the item in need of repair or replacement to our service depot. Warranty does not cover negligence, or misuse of the item, light surface rust, or damaged clips on ladder decks due to negligence or misuse. Any alteration to the scaffolding will void the warranty all together. All warranty claims will be fully investigated by a Ringlock representative and in some cases the purchaser may be required to fill out a warranty return form.
