Double Level – 102 Lineal Meter Package

This is a package for the serious tradies and property developers out there. At 100m long and 2 levels high it can scaffold pretty much any modern day build. We have custom built this package mostly out of 3m bays but also have included a good amount of 2.5m, 2m and a little bit of 1.5m bays to give you a very versatile and generic all round scaffolding package to start of with. The versatility of the bay sizes means you can scaffold a multitude of different shaped houses with ease. We have supplied mostly 3m gear as this is the most cost effective per meter, it reduces cost in both scaffolding components and labor as well as trucking costs.

Coupled with some extra base jacks and ledgers this package can be turned into a 200 lineal meter package at a single level. If working around the roof height you might want to add some .4 brackets and extra steal planks to access the walls on the lower levels.

Optional extras:

1. Toe boards – we have created an optional package to toe board out this scaffolding, toe boards are for safety purposes as they prevent tools from falling off the scaffolding onto patrons below.
2. Sole boards – These are used under the base jacks to distribute the load of the scaffolding across the ground and prevent sinkage, you can use your own wood or for convenience purchase from us as an additional extra.

Suggested add-ons:

1. By adding 100 x .6m base jacks, 40 x 3m O ledgers, 16 x 2.5m O ledgers, 16 x 2m O ledgers, 8 x 1.5m O ledgers, and 60 x .73m O ledgers, this scaffolding can be used as a 200 lineal meter package at a single level.
2. If building out past the soffits to put a deck level at gutter height (more then 300mm off the wall at the lower section) then we recommend purchasing either some additional .4m brackets and planks to build the scaffolding closer into the wall or alternatively some more ledgers as an internal safety rail.
